What we collect

To unlock results, we save your first name, email address, signup time, and whether you opted into marketing. Your height, weight, age, sex selection, activity level, goal, and calorie results are processed in your browser and are not submitted to our signup database.

Coaching applications

When you apply, we save your name, email, optional phone number, goal, training experience, available days, equipment, preferred start timing, readiness for paid coaching, and the obstacle you describe. We also store your consent, application reference, and submission time. Calculator measurements are not copied into your application. Please do not include medical information. We use your application to assess fit and contact you about coaching; it is not coaching enrollment. Scheduling takes place on a separate provider’s page, under its privacy policy. Marketing emails remain optional. You can delete this application from the confirmation screen while that page remains open; this does not cancel a separately booked consultation.

How we use it

We use signup details to register your interest in High Level Fitness and manage your consent. Training tips and promotional emails will only be sent if you choose the optional checkbox. Email delivery is not active yet. No purchase is required.

Storage and service providers

Signup data is stored in the website’s Cloudflare D1 database in our Cloudflare account. Hosting services may process IP addresses and technical request information to operate and secure the website. We do not sell calculator signup information or add advertising trackers.

Your choices

Marketing consent is optional. After signup, use “Delete this calculator signup” on the results screen to delete the record created by that submission. This deletion control is available while that results session remains open. We retain signup records until deleted or no longer needed for the signup purpose. A business contact channel and ongoing subscription-management options must be finalized before public marketing launch.

Who this tool is for

This calculator is for adults aged 18 or older and is not intended for pregnancy, breastfeeding, eating-disorder management, or prescribed medical diets. It provides educational estimates, not medical advice.
